CONFIDENTIALITY

Confidential Project Handling

Customer-submitted sequences, structures and analytical files are treated as project-confidential and are not automatically added to the public PeptiQore Quality Database.

Public Quality Database

The PeptiQore Quality Database contains scientific quality records for known peptides — impurity profiles, degradation pathways, analytical methods and reference material information. This data is developed by PeptiQore from published scientific literature, regulatory documents and PeptiQore's own analytical work. It does not contain customer-specific data.

Private Customer Project Data

All information submitted through PeptiQore project workflows — including peptide sequences, structural data, analytical results, chromatograms, LC-MS data, project scope and commercial terms — is treated as project-confidential. This data is used only for the purpose of delivering the requested project and is not shared with third parties or added to the public database without explicit customer consent.

Data Governance

PeptiQore maintains a formal governance process for any potential transition of project-derived knowledge to the public database. This process requires confidentiality review, ownership and permission verification, de-identification, and technical review before any data is considered for public release. Customer approval is required.

Intelligence Tool Data

Sequences and analytical data entered into PeptiQore Intelligence tools are used only to generate the requested analysis. They are not stored in the public database. Saved intelligence reports are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
